Today, we'll discuss some transportation projects in our area that you should keep in mind if you're looking to buy a home.

First of all, the Greensboro Urban Loop will go all the way around the city. The southern sections are already done, and there's construction happening on the eastern and western sections. The final section is set to begin construction in 2018. The Loop will reduce travel times all over the city.

Another important project to be aware of is the Future I-73, a ten mile, limited-access highway going from North Carolina 68 up to US-220. The Future I-73 will shorten transportation times from the north part of Guilford County to the airport. This particular highway will have interesting effects on home values in that area, so be sure to check in with an agent.

The final project that you should know about is the rerouting of Bryan Blvd in the airport area. It's currently under construction, and will tie in with I-73 to open up more areas for development near the airport. This is great for that whole region!

If you have any questions about today's video, please give me a call or send me an email. I'd be happy to discuss this with you!
